# Practice booking link

> Share one link where clients choose a therapist and book, for practices with more than one therapist.

If your practice has more than one therapist, you can share a single booking link. Clients open it, choose a therapist, then book a free consultation with that therapist as normal.

Each therapist still has their own direct booking link. The practice link simply gathers your team on one page, so you only need to share one address from your website.

## Set your practice booking link

You need to be the practice owner to change this.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open your practice settings">
    Go to **Settings**, then **Practice**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Set the link">
    In **Practice booking link**, choose the part of the address after `/book/practice/`. You will see a tick when it is available. Select **Save**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Copy and share it">
    Use the copy button to grab the full link, then add it to your website.
  </Step>
</Steps>

## Choose who appears

Each therapist in your team has a **Show on booking page** switch in the **Team** list. Turn it on for anyone you want clients to be able to choose.

A therapist appears on the practice page only once they:

* have **Show on booking page** turned on,
* have set their own booking link, and
* have finished setting up their account.

Until then, you will see a muted **Not bookable yet** note next to their switch. Turning the switch on has no visible effect until they finish those steps.

<Note>
  Hiding a therapist from the practice page never affects their own direct booking link, which keeps working as before.
</Note>

## What clients see

* **One therapist ready to book:** clients go straight to that therapist's booking page.
* **Several therapists ready:** clients pick a therapist, then continue to book.
* **No therapists ready yet:** the page shows your practice name with a short note that no one is taking bookings right now.

## Privacy

Booking through the practice link is no different from booking a therapist directly. The appointment, the client record and the signed agreement belong to the chosen therapist alone. Other therapists in the practice cannot see that client or their notes.
