Can you help me move from another system?
Yes. Email hello@trybloom.co.uk and we’ll talk through what you use now and help you plan the move. You can start with the parts of your practice you want to bring into Bloom first.
Is my client data safe?
Your session notes are encrypted at rest with AES-256, and connections use HTTPS. Bloom is ICO registered. We use service providers to deliver things like emails and payments, as explained in our privacy policy. We don’t sell your client data.
What happens if I want to cancel?
You can cancel in two clicks, any time. We keep your data available for 60 days so you can export everything you need. No cancellation fees, no contracts, no calls with a “retention specialist”.
Can clients pay by card?
Yes. Connect your own Stripe account and Bloom collects session fees for you - charging a saved card automatically before or after each session, or emailing a secure payment link. Money goes straight to your Stripe account and Bloom adds no fees of its own (Stripe’s standard card fees apply). Prefer bank transfer or cash? Payment tracking and reminders still have you covered.
Do my clients need to create an account?
No. Clients can book, complete forms, sign agreements and pay through secure links without creating a Bloom account. They don’t need to set up logins or remember passwords.
Can I use my existing calendar app?
Yes. Connect Google Calendar directly, or subscribe to your Bloom diary from Apple Calendar, Outlook or another calendar app. Updates go one way from Bloom, so change appointments in Bloom. You can also enable Google Calendar clash warnings when creating appointments.
Can I customise the emails my clients receive?
Yes. Save your own greeting, message and closing in Settings, preview the email and restore the default whenever you need it. Bloom fills in the appointment details and action links for each client.
Does Bloom work on mobile?
Yes. Bloom is fully responsive and works well on your phone between sessions. Native mobile apps are being explored; you can use the web app today.
Is there a free trial?
Bloom starts at £29 a month, paid when you subscribe. There’s no free trial. If it isn’t right for you in the first 30 days, you can request a full refund in Settings.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Bloom is £29/month, or £290/year if you prefer to pay annually - two months free compared to paying monthly. You choose monthly or yearly at checkout, and both include everything.
