If you die or become unable to work, someone you trust can contact your clients and hand over records - safely, and only after proper checks. BABCP members must have one; the BACP recommends it. Bloom makes it simple.
You nominate someone you trust
In settings, name a clinical executor - a colleague, supervisor or trusted person. They acknowledge by email. Nothing else changes.
Access only opens with a real check
If the day comes, your executor requests access with evidence. You get 72 hours to stop it if it is a mistake, then our team reviews. Nothing is automatic.
They contact clients and hand over records
A focused dashboard lets them tell your clients, cancel upcoming sessions and hand records to a successor therapist by secure link. Session notes stay private unless you opt in.

Access lasts 90 days, then the practice is locked. Extendable once if genuinely needed.

Every action your executor takes is recorded and shown to you in full.

Change or remove your executor any time. If you recover and log in, their access ends on the spot.
