Is my client data safe?
Your session notes are encrypted at rest with AES-256, and connections use HTTPS. Bloom is ICO registered. We use service providers to deliver things like emails and payments, as explained in our privacy policy. We don’t sell your client data.
What happens if I want to cancel?
You can cancel in two clicks, any time. We keep your data available for 60 days so you can export everything you need. No cancellation fees, no contracts, no calls with a “retention specialist”.
Do my clients need to create an account?
No. Clients can book, complete forms, sign agreements and pay through secure links without creating a Bloom account. They don’t need to set up logins or remember passwords.
Does Bloom work on mobile?
Yes. Bloom is fully responsive and works well on your phone between sessions. Native mobile apps are being explored; you can use the web app today.
Can I pay yearly?
